WP LEADER: KING’S COLLEGE LONDON

WP1 aims at ensuring sound management of the contractual, administrative, financial matters of the EURO-JUSTIS project: the activities carried out under this WP will have a continuous nature and are intended to support the scientific side of the project. Special attention will be paid to the monitoring of project performance against the objectives and expected results set in the WPs: where progress is slower (or faster) than projected, tasks will be rescheduled as necessary.

The tasks performed under WP1 are:

Task 1.1: Contract management

Task 1.2: Administrative and financial issues

Task 1.3: Setting up the project management structure Task

1.4: Periodic reporting to the European Commission

Task 1.5: Establish and support the External Expert Group

Task 1.6: Project meetings
