WP7 Validation of project results

WP LEADER: KING’S COLLEGE LONDON

WP7 provides an organisational structure within which to locate the work of the External Expert Group in providing high-level validation of EURO-JUSTIS scientific activities and results. The work of the EEG will ensure the project complies with the highest international standards in its research fields and will thus contribute to the credibility and reputation of the Consortium and the project. The validation process will also help the partners to manage risks associated with the research, since the methodologies and procedures used in the substantive work packages will be cross-checked by the EEG at all key stages of the project.

The following task will be implemented in WP7:

Task 7.1: Setting the standards

The EEG will define the standards against which the project activities and results should be validated. This task will be carried out at the beginning of the project so that the partners will immediately have a feedback on the expectations of the Experts about their work.

Task 7.2: Validation of Milestone Reports

The EEG will validate the reports produced under WP2, 3, 4 and 5 and provide feedback by assessing the degree to which project activities have met milestone criteria. The feedback will be organised into “Validation reports”.
